Shoddy unit
I purchased the acclaimed, "American made", Primo XL oval grill. I purchased this table to house the grill. I guess it was too much to hope that it also was American made. It is not. It's made in China, which in itself is not a bad thing. What is bad is the fit & hardware of this table.
While the material & paint on this table are nice, that is soon forgotten when putting this table together. Two types of threaded screws are used on this unit. One type affixes into threaded inserts that are pop riveted in to the legs and support pieces. All are metric, more on this latter. The 1st 3 screws that I tried to start into the inserts would not start, and another 2 latter on did the same. The threads on the screws were fine it was the threads on the inserts that where either not tapped cleanly or where distorted when riveted in place. In any case just a little quality control would have caught this problem on 5 of 20 threaded inserts. That's a failure rate of 20%.

Almost perfect
This cart/table was easy to assemble and even had a extra washer. All bolts/nuts were good and the cart seems very solid with no flexing detected. I would suggest that Primo make two minor changes. The first would to lessen the sharp edges on the bottom of the stainless steel table top as they are very noticeable when moving the cart. The second change is only my preference and that would be to have two of the four wheels non swivel.
One note on the assembly, after the assembly of the main frame and before installing the side tables, remove the front or back rail and slide the cooker inside. These cookers are very heavy and doing it this way should be much safer than trying to lower it into the assembled unit. Replace the removed rail and finish the assembly of cart/table.

This product is indeed made in china as stamped on the box. The box arrived fairly damaged because of the weight and the drivers looked like they dragged it on the cement to get it to my front door. Fortunately nothing was damaged except some pieces had some scratches and nicks. The product is very solid and easy to assemble and the cart is powder coated and only needs minimal tools to assemble. It was missing one 1/4" washer, but I had an extra one in the garage. There are no extra nuts or bolts in this kit, so make sure you have everything before starting. Overall the cart is solid and I had no issues of things not fitting correctly, and took me about 1.5 hours to assemble. I think the price is expensive for what you get, but this thing will last a long time outdoors vs. the wooden counterparts.
